1. List the exact device models
Use the full model name, including Pro, Pro Max, Plus or Mini where applicable. List the quantity for each model separately. Browse the battery catalog to prepare your list.
2. Specify capacity and configuration
State whether you want standard capacity, high capacity or both. Ask the supplier to confirm the connector, protection board and final specification, rather than assuming two batteries are interchangeable.
3. Explain your packaging requirements
Include any private-label artwork, individual packaging and carton requirements. Review customization options with the OEM / ODM team.
4. Share destination and sample requirements
Provide the destination country and whether you need samples before ordering. Request available product and transport documents for the selected configuration. Confirm sample costs, shipping, MOQ and lead time in the quotation.
